Louis M. Klein Middle School Graduation
Principal Scott Fried welcomed family and friends to the Louis M. Klein Middle School Eighth Grade Graduation. Mr. Fried encouraged the graduates to remember to Challenge, Celebrate and Cherish: Challenge yourself every day, Celebrate the goodness of life and Cherish your community.
Superintendent of Schools, Louis Wool shared a story with the graduates and families in attendance about the “magic” that happens when we care about the people we encounter, even those we may not know. Dr. Wool explained to graduates that the only expectation of them as they head to Harrison High School is to perform the “magic” of being kind and generous every day. School Board Trustee Dennis DiLorenzo also addressed and congratulated the graduates.
Members of the 8th Grade Chorus performed Count on Me and students Noor Huda and Logan Neal shared thoughts about “looking back” and “looking ahead.” The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates to graduates and a recessional led by Harrison High School Principal Kimberly Beukema.
