Print Shop Job Ticket Secure Print Video Tutorial

Print Guidelines

  • Printing is available from all computers in classrooms, teacher resource centers, libraries and administrative offices.
  • All users must utilize “Secure Print” when printing to Xerox multi‐function devices, please see “Secure Print” tutorial
  • Please utilize color printing for necessary color print jobs only
  • Print only materials relevant to classroom activity or district business
  • Where possible, duplex or double‐sided printing is to be used
  • Print jobs of a minimum of 200 pages total may be sent to the new District Print Shop ‐ ALL print jobs over 300 pages total MUST to be sent to the new District Print Shop

Copy Guidelines

  • Copying in the Harrison CSD is available in all locations with a Xerox multi‐function device
  • All faculty, staff, aides and administrative staff have access to copiers
  • Please utilize color copying for necessary color copy jobs only
  • Copy only materials relevant to classroom activity or district business
  • Copyrighted materials are not to be reproduced
  • Where possible, duplex or double‐sided copying is to be used
  • Copy jobs of a minimum of 200 pages total may be sent to the new District Print Shop ‐ ALL copy jobs over 300 pages total MUST to be sent to the new District Print Shop

Print Shop Guidelines

  • Print and Copy jobs of a minimum of 200 pages total may be sent to the new District Print Shop ‐ ALL print and copy jobs over 300 pages total MUST to be sent to the new District Print Shop
  • To send a job to the Print Shop you may e‐mail the job, scan the job or send it hard copy – see

  • ALWAYS include a completed Job Ticket with your originals – job tickets can be completed electronically or filled out by hand
  • All large color jobs must be sent first directly to a Supervisor/Principal for approval and then he

or she will submit the job to the Print Shop for completion

  • Estimated return time for jobs sent to the Print Shop is 3 school days, please plan ahead
  • Some jobs may involve complex collating requiring numerous staff to complete. When such jobs are sent to the Print Shop, it may be necessary for the school or department to provide the extra staff required

 

Sending Jobs to the Print Shop
