The Harrison Central School District encourages all responsible business to participate in its procurement contracts. In an effort to reach as many vendors as possible district bid opportunities are posted at the web site of the Empire State Purchasing Group. The increased exposure results in greater competition and potential ultimate cost savings for the district. Additionally, as bid packets may be downloaded directly from the site, the district conserves resources, cuts postage costs and reduces its carbon footprint.

 

The Empire State Purchasing Group is a statewide procurement system comprised of a number of local municipal governments. Interested vendors may, at no charge, register at the site and research or download our bids as well as bids from other participating agencies. Vendors may also opt for automatic bid notification whereby they will receive e-mail notifications each time a bid is posted that matches their business.
