2024 Summer Learning & Enrichment Programs
Dear Harrison Families:
The Harrison Central School District offers learning opportunities for students entering grades 1 to 12, focusing on strengthening academic readiness, engagement, and inquiry. As mentioned during the budget development process, the District significantly reduced our summer offerings, including eliminating elementary curiosity camps and elective programs, due to expiring federal American Recovery Plan (ARP) funding.
The summer programs are available by invitation to students entering grades 1-12, based on academic readiness, to strengthen academic preparedness for grade-specific courses, orientations, and the college process.
Please see below for a listing of course offerings and enrollment information.
Sincerely,
Louis N. Wool, Ed.D.
Superintendent of Schools

The program is crafted around the children and their success and challenges as readers.
