Caua Barofaldi Wins Best Delegate at Harvard Model Congress

Congratulations to senior Caua Barofaldi for winning Best Delegate at the Harvard Model Congress. The Harrison High School Model Congress team competed in the Harvard Model Congress conference with more than 1,700 students from over 90 schools across the country – the largest student delegation in Harvard conference history. The Harrison team reviewed briefings, debated prevalent issues facing society, and developed meaningful legislation in committees, including Senate HELP (Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions), Senate Finance, House Energy and Commerce, House Select Committee on Climate Crisis. Student delegates participated in more than 15 hours of committee sessions throughout the conference and participated in Harvard Day- an opportunity to attend lectures and tour the campus. Harrison High School Model Congress alumnus and current Harvard Model Congress Co-President, Jack Kelly, met with Harrison students to answer questions regarding Model Congress and student life at Harvard....and he joined in the team photo!
