Post Secondary Planning

Our Approach
Post-secondary planning and the college admissions process is grounded in a thoughtfully designed school counseling curriculum that supports students and families throughout the high school journey. We provide multi layered, personalized guidance, meeting the unique needs of each student and family to help them successfully navigate the admissions process and the transition to life after high school.
Students and families meet individually with their school counselor to plan for college. These meetings include discussions on college entrance exams, building a college list, the college essay, requesting letters of recommendation. Our personalized approach ensures that each student can engage in the college planning and career readiness process in a way that best supports their individual goals and needs.
Personalized Post-Secondary Transition
We offer post-secondary transition experiences beginning in 10th-grade and continuing throughout high school, every opportunity is designed to meet the needs of each individual student. A typical high school college planning schedule includes information sessions, activities, and tests each year to prepare students for the college application process.
